Medical Brigades offer pre-med students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a medical clinic setting while contributing to global health initiatives. During the 7 to 9-day program, student volunteers engage in various activities, such as shadowing local doctors during patient consultations, assisting with medication distribution in the pharmacy, and leading health education workshops. To promote sustainable health improvements, participants also explore key health determinants like public health, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and economic access. Additionally, they contribute to the implementation of water systems and public health infrastructure, making a lasting impact on the communities they serve.
